Updates from the life and times of Andy, Sara, Samuel and Caroline

Today marks the beginning of a several new paths at the Traub house. I (Andy) am now working for two of my best friends (in separate businesses) as well as developing my own business. I am working for my friend Greg who owns a company called All Around Surfaces (click the link to visit our webpage). I will be doing sales for Greg...visiting folks at their homes to let them know how we can help them make their surfaces even better. We just did our countertops with some amazing concrete material that Greg works with...see pictures here.
Job #2 is that I am now working for my other best friend Stan Graber at his company Stan Graber Financial. This is very similar to my work at Thrivent except that I am now working alongside someone with almost 30 years of experience in the field of financial services. I am very excited about this opportunity and we're in the middle of redecorating our basement so that I can have an office at our home.
Job #3 is a company that I am starting (employees - 1) called Traub Financial Coaching. I will be coaching people on how to better handle their finances through webinars (seminars on the web), one on meetings and telephone meetings. This is something that I am very passionate about and I'll keep you posted on my progress.
Here's a video of our morning for your enjoyment. You're lucky...it features my beautiful wife and handsome son. Have a great week and don't forget that Jesus is risen! That's good news!!
Sorry for no pictures of Samuel yet, we came home 26 hours after he was born and have been trying to settle in, so uploading pictures hasn't been a priority quite yet. I'll post some tonight for sure.
Thanks for your prayers and patience. Our boy is doing GREAT!

Samuel Andrew Traub was born on February 15th at 6:10pm in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He weighed 8 lbs. and was 20 1/2 inches long. He's got lots of dark hair and is feeding well, not crying too much and seems to get along with both of his parents pretty well at this point.
FYI...no baby yet. I know, bummer.
We love you all,
Andy & Sara and baby Traub
Dear friends, family and fans (ok, we don't have any fans, but it sounds cool),
Here's the link to the article - SaraT Scrapbooking in Argus Leader
Sara T Scrapbooking is owned and operated by my beautiful wife Sara!
You can reach Sara directly at saratscrapbooking@hotmail.com or leave a message by posting a comment to this blog.
Sara is going to be featured in our local newspaper, the Argus Leader, tomorrow! Since we're very, very focused on the baby right now she's not planning on doing any scrap booking anytime soon but it will hopefully be a good boost to her business once things get settled with the baby a bit (in about 5 years I'm thinking).
For those of you who don't know already, Sara has a scrap booking business called SaraT Scrapbooking and Cards that she started in the last year. She works from our dining room for now and has really been able to bless lots of people with her gifts.
We'll post a link to the article if it does in fact get printed.
My new job is going well and Sara is not sleeping great but she's doing a wonderful job of taking care of herself and our baby (no, we don't know the gender yet...the due date is around Valentines Day...and yes, WE'RE EXCITED!)
God's blessings to all of you,
Andy & Sara
